2007 Racing for Running Heritage

Chris Poulos has been a recreational runner for most of his life. Chris started running competitively in 1985. He was a member of the LaSalle Academy (Rams) Cross Country Team in high school and a member of the Community College of Rhode Island (Knights) Cross Country Team in college. Chris is presently a member of the Running Heritage Racing Team. Since 2004 Chris has been competing in road races. Chris runs everyday (sometimes twice). He is always training for his next race, sometimes running over 100 miles per week. Chris has completed 4 marathons: Philadelphia Marathon (twice), Boston Marathon, and New York City Marathon. His next marathon is the Vermont City Marathon in Burlington, VT on May 25, 2008.
