My Bike

Chris is asked many questions about his bikes. Here are the answers to some of the questions he is commonly asked.

Why do you have 2 bikes?
I learned a long time ago to always be prepared. Part of being prepared for a performance means having a back-up bike in case the one I am riding breaks. I don't want to waste valuable time fixing my bike during a presentation. If the bike I am riding breaks, I simply put it down and finish the performance with the other one.

What if both bikes break?
Luckily, it has never happened (yet)! But if both bikes do break, I always carry some replacement parts with me, and I could quickly repair one of the bikes if I had to.

Which bike is your favorite?
I really don't have a favorite bike. I like them both just the same. Before each performance, I check both bikes to make sure everything is working properly. After that, I decide which one feels better to me, and I usually ride that one.

Do your bikes have names?
I call the Yellow Bike: "Mustard". I call the Red Bike: "Ketchup".

How much did your bikes cost?
They cost over $2,000 each.

What kind of bikes do you ride?
Both of my bikes are exactly the same (except the colors). They are made by FBM. The model is called Equilibrium.
